Family martial arts in Gilbert, AZ for ages 4 and up, with kids, teen and adult classes running the same evenings and Saturday mornings.
Kids, teens, and adults train in age-appropriate programs on the same evenings and Saturday mornings. Instead of driving everyone to a different activity, your family can build confidence, fitness, and self-defense skills under one roof.
Most family activities are things you watch. This is one you do. It is not every day you find something that covers fitness, health, wellness and real self-defense in a clean, safe, positive room, for a four year old and a forty year old at the same time.
Every member of your family trains at a level that fits them, but you are all learning the same fundamentals. That means you can cheer each other on, compare notes at dinner, and get stronger at the same time.
“Me, my son and daughter have been training here for over 3 years. The instructors have the exact attitude you would want your children around. Coach Quan has the highest focus on teaching his students how to be good people on and off the mat.”
Kids, teens and adults train on the same evenings and on Saturday mornings. One drive, one parking spot, one calendar entry. That alone is why most families stay.
Gracie Ninjas for ages 4 to 6, Gracie Kids for 7 to 12, Gracie Teens for 13 to 17, and adult Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga and Clinch Dirty Boxing for grown-ups. Nobody is held back and nobody is thrown in over their head.
Because every program shares the same fundamentals, you end up with a shared language at home around effort, discipline, and progress. When your kid explains what they worked on, you actually know what they mean, because you drilled it too.
A six year old learns balance, listening and how to be a good partner. A teenager learns how to handle a bad situation. An adult learns how to protect the people in the car. Same system, different rung on the ladder.
Making time to work out is hard when you have children. It gets much easier when the workout is already on the calendar because your kids are there anyway. You burn calories, shed stress, and nobody has to sit in the lobby.
Give us the ages and we will slot each person into the right class on the same night. Comfortable clothes and water. No gi, no gear, no experience needed.
Kids go with a coach who works with kids all day. Adults go with a coach who will not embarrass you. Nobody gets left standing on the edge of the mat.
That car ride is the part parents tell us about. Your 14 days for $14 gives the whole family two full weeks to find out if this is your room.
The trial is $14 per person, so a family of four trains for two weeks for $56. That is enough time for everyone to see what changes. No pressure, no long-term commitment.
You do not need experience, a uniform, perfect fitness, or the confidence to walk in feeling comfortable. You only need to show up. We will handle the first class from there.
Meet your coach, learn how the class runs, and leave with one technique you did not have when you walked in.
Understand the class flow, the coaches, and your training partners. Get comfortable being a beginner here.
By now you know whether the training, the culture, and the schedule fit your life. Then you decide.
Two weeks is enough to know if this is your room. It is not a fitness transformation, and we will not pretend it is.
Not in the same class, but on the same nights and in the same building. Kids and adults are grouped by age and level so everyone is training with the right partners, and you all arrive and leave together.
Age 4 through adult. Gracie Ninjas covers ages 4 to 6, Gracie Kids covers 7 to 12, Gracie Teens covers 13 to 17, and our adult programs welcome every fitness level and no experience at all.
Yes, and many do. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings the kids classes and the adult Krav Maga and Jiu-Jitsu classes overlap, so you can be on the mat instead of in a chair.
None. Comfortable clothes and water are enough for the first classes. We will tell you when a gi or gear makes sense and help you get the right one.
Most of our students train twice a week. That is enough to make real progress without taking over your family's week.
With the 14-day trial. Fourteen days of group classes for fourteen dollars, at any age, with no contract and no obligation when it ends. It is $14 per person, so a family of four trains for two weeks for $56. Tell us who is coming and we will book everyone into the right class on the same night.
Two weeks. Fourteen dollars. Time together that is actually worth something.
